You can rub her belly and pet her head to increase the bar. When it changes colour you can strip her and grope her chest, but you can't do much right now.
Also the web version is bugged and petting/groping doesn't seem to work... the download one works

Maybe i'm just missing something but raising the bar takes sooooooo long. Cute though, if not really worth 10 minutes and a stiff shoulder.
